Frozen 5th Party Celebration
Frozen 5th Party Celebration

We just finished partying it up for my gal's 5th birthday! As with every other little girl her age, my Margo wanted a Frozen party. She loves all things Elsa, Anna and Olaf.   I knew what the main game plan was going to be, but we added some activities to keep the kids entertained.

Valentine's Shorty Session
Valentine's Shorty Session

I told myself last year that with what I spent on photos, I could justify getting a nice camera-so I could do it on my own time. I did a shorty session for a girlfriend last week, and it got me so excited to do my kids.   I'm not got post a million, just a couple-cause they turned out so sweet.

Conversation Hearts Project
Conversation Hearts Project

I had such a great time working on these decorations, I can't even tell you!  I have been wanting to make these for at least 2 Valentines, and this year I decided to go for it.   Step 1: Create a heart to trace. I found an image of a conversation heart online, then created a stencil with my Cricut Machine.

Homemade PJ Masks Costumes
Homemade PJ Masks Costumes

I LOOOOVE Halloween!  One of my favorite things about it is dressing up--especially with my babies.   My daughter has been into PJ Masks the last couple years and insisted on being Owlette, so PJ Masks it was!  Perfect fo the 3 of us.   I used an old animal costume pattern I had used before to make Cat Boy.

Mr Two Party
Mr Two Party

I was really racking my brain for months trying to come up with the perfect theme for my 2 year old fella, because this year was his GOLDEN BIRTHDAY!  I thought of things like Willy Wonka, Goldrush, pot of gold, but I kept thinking and thinking and it hit me-Mr T Party. Not only does my Grayson make the biggest grouch face when I take his picture, but he is sturdy as all get out for his age-plus Mr T is known for all his gold bling-it was perfect. I also decided it would be extra fun to make it 80's theme, if people would be willing to dress up.

Unicorn Pony Party
Unicorn Pony Party

My little FOUR YEAR OLD (how did that happen?!) is obsessed with all things My Little Pony/Pegasus/Unicorn.   She asked for a pony party last year, but I had already planned a Sea Party. Lucky for me, her love has just continued through to this year! I made the invitation, using some free Shutterstock download images, with of course, My Little Pony font.

Cadbury Blondies Recipe
Cadbury Blondies Recipe

A surprising shock from last week's Easter Egg Hunt was the hit that was the Cadbury Egg Blondie bars. Who knew they would be the toast of the snack table? Several people aske if it was a carmel cookie, because it seemed so doughy.   I had to post the recipe.

Mini People Easter Egg Hunt-Year 2
Mini People Easter Egg Hunt-Year 2

It is that time of year again!  I was so excited to celebrate my babies and their pals this year, in a bigger and better Easter Egg hunt.   Back in March, I started putting together the guest take home bags and stuffed the numbered eggs with the appropriate prizes. We stuffed the take home bags with playdough, a sligshot toy, and a few candies that couldn't fit in your standard Easter egg (cough cough, suckers and Kit Kats).

Sometimes You Wanna Switch Up a Classic
Sometimes You Wanna Switch Up a Classic

A few years back I was asked to help with a 2nd grade Valentine's Party. I had to come up with a game for the event that I can do in stations. I didn't want to have to haul a huge thing to the school, so I searched online for something fun but portable.
